COVID Safety Protocols
If you have been COVID vaccinated, please bring your vaccination card so we can determine the proper protocols for your visit. To keep our space safe for everyone, if you haven't been COVID vaccinated, we will need to reschedule if you can answer ‘yes’ to any of these questions on the day of your appointment:
Have you been in contact with anyone outside your quarantine bubble in the last 2 weeks where one or both of you were not wearing a mask?
Have you been inside at a bar or restaurant in the last 2 weeks and if so, where? (if yes, we will do a quick Google search to insure there hasn't been a recently reported COVID outbreak at that establishment)
Have you had any COVID-like symptoms in the past 2 weeks?
Have you been in contact with anyone who has had COVID-like symptoms in the past 2 weeks?
Have you been outside New York State in the last 2 weeks and not social distancing while gone?
Have you been in contact with anyone who has been outside New York State in the last 2 weeks who was not social distancing while gone?
No cancellation fees will be charged if you answer ‘yes’ to any of the above questions.
You can conveniently reschedule at www.samarra.com by clicking on “SIGN IN” from the menu. Once you sign in, you will see your name at the top of the page and your appointment that you can reschedule.

All clients and employees are required to wear face coverings to enter the building. It is recommended that each client bring their own mask.
When you arrive, please stay in your car and text (315) 726-2772 with the words “I’m here” and your name. We will call you when you may enter the building.
Your temperature will be taken with a touchless thermometer. Temperatures above 100° Fahrenheit will require rescheduling your appointment.
You will be asked to wash your hands upon entering the spa and will have the opportunity to use the restroom before your session.
FDA approved hand sanitizer will be stationed throughout the spa in locations where handwashing may not be readily available.
Employees will wear all recommended PPE during each treatment, practice regular and thorough hand washing, and engage in extensive sanitation of tools, equipment, and facilities in accordance with CDC and state guidelines.
Hydration after your service is important. Water will be available in single-use disposable cups. Please do not bring outside food or beverages into the building.
