Because your spa appointment represents your massage therapist's commitment of time and care just for you, we kindly require 24 hours' notice for all cancellations. Missed appointments take up time that could be used by other clients and represent a significant loss of revenue for the business.
Because massage therapists must be paid even when a client doesn't show up, there is a 50% fee for any cancellation with less than 24 hours' notice. No-shows and same-day cancellations will be charged a 100% fee for all scheduled services.
This policy is standard in the spa industry and protects our massage therapists' income and financial stability. Thank you for your consideration and support!
